Ordering
Ordering couldn't be easier at Let's Go Retro; you have a number of choices:

1) Online: via our secure server. We can accept the following major credit and debit cards:- Visa (except Electron), Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, JCB and Solo.

2) Telephone: You can give us a call. Our office hours are -
Mon - Fri 6PM - 9PM and Sat 9AM - 1PM.

3) Cheque/Postal Order: Call us for more information.

Order Confirmation
If your online order has been successfully completed then a successful transaction page will let you know. If you have provided your e-mail address, then you will receive an e-mail with full purchase details. This acts as your receipt and includes a unique transaction ID number that you can quote if you have any queries.


Delivery
At Let's Go Retro, we don't offer what we can't deliver.

Each order is despatched within one working day using "First Class" postal services or carrier services, depending on weight.

Under normal circumstances you can expect to receive your goods within 3-4 working days.


Prices
At Let's Go Retro, there are no secrets. All our prices include delivery to mainland Britain, so there are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout. What you see next to each product is what you pay, simple as that!


Returns
We take great pride in all our products and make every effort to ensure they reach you in good condition. If however, they arrive faulty or damaged or you are unhappy for any reason, then simply return the item within 14 days and we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange. After all, we know there's nothing worse than receiving your "Best of Bucks Fizz" CD broken!!!! Full Terms & Conditions are available upon request.
