We've made every effort to make your visit to our store an easy, safe and enjoyable experience. Here is some helpful stuff to ensure that every visit is a shopping sensation:-

Security
As we use a secure server provided by WorldPay, winner of the e-Commerce Application of the Year Award, you can be sure of a safe surf.

Ordering
Ordering couldn't be easier at Let's Go Retro; you have a number of choices:

Mainland Britain
1) Online: via our secure server. We can accept the following major credit and debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo.

2) Fax: You can take a copy of the completed order form and fax it to us.

3) Telephone: You can give us a call. Our office hours are Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Sat 9:00 am - 12:00 noon.

Customers Overseas
All our prices include delivery within mainland Britain so there are no nasty surprises when our customers in the UK get to the CHECKOUT. We have therefore developed systems to make sure ordering for customers overseas is real easy:

* If you find something of interest in the store, email your request to us using one of the forms provided throughout the store.

* As soon as we receive your request, we'll get busy creating your very own personalised web page incorporating a price that includes shipping direct to your address.

* We will then send you an email, detailing your web page address. You are then free to purchase your goods online at your personalised page. Our payment page is hosted on WorldPays secure server, so you can be sure of a safe shop.

Alternatively, you can purchase offline using the methods detailed in the Shopping Basket page.

Order Confirmation
If your online order has been successfully completed then a successful transaction page will let you know. If you have provided your e-mail address, then you will receive an e-mail with full purchase details. This acts as your receipt and includes a unique transaction ID number that you can quote if you have any queries.

Prices
At Let's Go Retro, there are no secrets. All our prices include delivery to mainland Britain, so there are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout. What you see next to each product is what you pay, simple as that!

Delivery
At Let's Go Retro, we don't offer what we can't deliver. Each page includes what we believe to be a fair delivery time, giving the men in their vans a fighting chance.

Each order is despatched within one working day using "First Class - Recorded" postal services or next day carrier services, depending on weight.

Under normal circumstances you can expect to receive your goods within 3-4 working days.

If you require our guaranteed next day delivery service or have any other order enquiries then feel free to contact us on our Customer Services telephone number detailed below.

Returns
We take great pride in all our products and make every effort to ensure they reach you in good condition. If however, they arrive faulty or damaged then simply return the item within 14 days and we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange. After all, we know there's nothing worse than receiving your "Best of Bucks Fizz" CD broken. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions section for full returns details.

Privacy
When you buy online with us we collect some contact details such as name and address on our secure server. We may use this information to further enhance our facilities and improve your future visits for retrobilia. We do not, nor intend to, sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy.

What are Cookies?
Cookies are small containers of information that are stored by your browser onto your computers hard drive. We use one cookie to record the item(s) you intend to buy before you reach the checkout. Our cookie only contains the items product code and qty, nothing else. This cookie will stay on your system for just 14 days before it either expires or you add a new item to the basket. A browser setting can be changed to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer, but we don't recommend this because your shopping basket will always appear empty.
