PLAYHOUSE
There's no
equal in terms of quality, features or price! The Gate Lodge was designed to be
a combined activity centre for younger children as well as a Wendy House +
Clubhouse + Fort + Sleeping Den as they grow older. The upper cabin is large
enough for three teenagers to sleep in comfort. Beneath the cabin is a play
area 1.8m x 1.8m fitted with a table & two bench seats. There is enough
room around the table to create a play area, even spread out some sand for
small kids. The upper cabin can be accessed by a ladder with hardwood rungs, or
the climbing wall fitted with professional grips; & not to forget the 3m
green wavy slide & swing arm complete with 2 swings! The walls of the cabin
follow a unique design which allows natural movement of the timber without
having to use nails or screws, resulting in no splitting of the wood. Quality
construction & components. We use pressure-treated planed rectangular
timber to minimise splits & cracks. Detailed assembly instructions &
all necessary fittings are provided to make construction a straightforward DIY
job, although this unit is more complicated than our other PlayCentres &
requires more planning.

scheme is used in construction. The timber is pressure treated with solutions
approved for children's playground equipment & carries a 10 year guarantee
against rot & insect infestation. Safety is at the heart of every design
specification; with every product meeting & exceeding all British &
European safety standards.
Before purchasing or installing your Play
Centre, ensure there is an unobstructed area of approx. 1.50m for safety &
access (2.50m for swings).
All items come flat-packed in manageable
components, but please be willing to assist the courier in carrying parts onto
your property. Assembly should ideally be carried out by a minimum of 2 people.
Naturally, some tools will be required for construction, in particular a 13mm
& 17mm box of socket spanners, a cordless drill with Phillips driver, level
& tape measure.
